Zen Hoops is an experiment. The question being, "What happens when you mix hooping with mindful meditation techniques?" Could the answer be a mind with increased resiliency to mental chatter and a better body? Perhaps. And then again, perhaps not. Also, this group can meet in SF, Berkeley or Oakland too.
