Meet other locals who enjoy hooping! All those who make and/or play with hula hoops are welcome, as are those who poi and juggle. Come share and show off your skills! Beginners are always welcome. We meet on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Sunday of each month, on the corner of Cumberland Rd and S. Fifth Street in South Austin (near the South Austin Recreation Center).

Austin Hoopers Meeting - Hoop Decorating Party!
Let's get together and decorate hoops! Making a hoop is a whole lot cheaper than buying one online, but it isn't like you can buy just a little bit of tubing...there's always a bunch left over. And then there's all that pretty electrical tape...! So for you hoop-makers out there, here's your chance to get rid of your excess materials. And for our non-crafty hoopers, here's your chance to learn how to decorate a hoop. Read more
